Oleavia Havaalanı I Edition

Our Oleavia Havaalanı I Edition is a blend of the exquisite Memecik and Ayvalık olives. It goes through a unique process to eliminate oxidation and maintain a fresh taste and high polyphenol count. Each olive is picked by hand to avoid any damage and bruising, cold extracted within a couple of hours of its harvest and stored in our stainless steel tanks under a nitrogen layer to minimize oxidation.
