Durant Olive Mill Tuscan

The Tuscan is a blend of three Italian varietals: Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendolino. Aromas of chard and ripe black olive are rounded out by a buttery palate with flavors of unripe avocado, nettle, green tea and toasted pine nut. This would make a vibrant pesto and is appropriate for finishing savory pasta sauces, herbed corona beans and roasted meats.

We are family-owned and operated, with an emphasis on being the best stewards of the land as we can. All our EVOO is milled on property, stored under nitrogen gas in stainless steel tanks until bottling in small batches on demand, limiting the oil's exposure to oxygen, light, and high temperatures.
