Entimio Distinto

This unique organic EVOO is crafted predominantly from Frantoio and Moraiolo olives cultivated in small family groves in rural Tuscany. The olives are hand-picked early in the season and extracted within hours to obtain a nutraceutical extra virgin olive oil rich in antioxidants and health properties. The resulting EVOO is gifted with green fruitiness, well-balanced bitterness and pungency and a fresh fragrance with notes of fresh-cut grass, olive leaf and artichoke.
