Our family, whose surname translates to ‘Little Gypsy,’ has always been a resourceful tribe. Planting our roots in the southern Mediterranean for generations, cultivating ancient tree varieties, here we began to grow. Our small farms continue the craft-batch tradition of handpicking heirloom olives, pressing them into premium oil at the local mill using traditional methods.
