Our Tuscan olives grow on the rich volcanic soil of Monte Amiata in southern Tuscany and are harvested at their peak of antioxidant content. They are cold pressed immediately and deliver a rich and flavorful EVOO. Both complex and balanced, Olio Piro's medium/intense fruity flavor is marked with aromas of almond, artichoke, green apple and banana, with a light, effervescent texture. To preserve all its qualities, Olio Piro is bottled immediately after pressing in our signature glass bottles.
