This EVOO is crafted from 100-percent organic Caninese olives, a native cultivar of the Viterbo area. Tamia Caninese is the extra virgin olive oil that preserves the tradition and scents of Tuscia. The recommended combinations are salmon salads, baked fish, gratinated tomatoes, roasted radicchio, asparagus soups, pasta dishes with vegetables, baked fish, grilled red meats and roasted game and fresh stretched curd cheeses.
