The Titone 2021 blend consists of Cerasuola olives with a small percentage of Biancolilla. The nose is complex and herbaceous, with notes of tomato stem, green banana and avocado. A symphony of green flavors dances in your mouth—aromatic herbs, arugula and a hint of tomato leaf. The oil's pleasant bitterness is balanced by its persistent peppery finish, which will tickle and linger in your mouth and throat.
