At Capay Valley Ranches we strive for the excellence that can only be achieved with the passion, pride and care of a hands-on grower to produce the finest quality oils you can taste! We grow four high density olive varietals -- Arbequina, Arbosana, Chiquitita and Koroneiki. Using the trellis growing system, we are able to mechanically harvest our olives and press within hours to produce the freshest, most flavorful oils, rich in antioxidants. All of our oils and lab tested and certified as Extra Virgin by the California Olive Oil Council and the Olive Oil Commission of California.
