Coccinella is the distributor of the single estate and family production of Oleavia- Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil's. The olives go through a very meticulous and an organic process from their collection to pressing into oil. Each olive is hand picked to avoid damage and bruising and pressed within a couple hours of harvest and stored in a stainless steel tank under a nitrogen layer to minimize oxidation. Therefore we are not only able to offer a fresh taste but also keep a high polyphenol content. Our goal is to apply our tremendous efforts each harvest year to maintain our high standards and bring the best quality for our customers.
