We were the first producer in France to offer five single-variety olive oils and a full range of different oils from the same estate, directly from the tree to our own mill. We produce oils from green olives only. Our magnificent mosaic of 20,000 olive trees sits between vineyards and woodlands, benefiting from one of the best terroirs for olive trees in France. Our unique culture and production practices have allowed us to craft quality oils on our organic estate since 1999.
