Entimio Cortese

This unique organic EVOO is crafted predominantly from Moraiolo and Frantoio olives cultivated in small family groves in rural Tuscany. The olives are hand-picked early in the season and transformed within hours of the harvest to obtain a nutraceutical extra virgin olive oil rich in antioxidants and health properties. The resulting EVOO combines green fruitiness, well-balanced bitterness and pungency and a fresh fragrance with notes of green almond, fresh-cut grass, and olive leaf.
