Gaia Oliva's Early Harvest Premium Memecik is produced from Memecik olives grown in a single estate in the Aegean region of Turkey. Cold-extracted shortly after early harvest to best preserve the volatile nutrient components. The EVOO has a fantastic emerald green color unique to the variety, offering intense aromas with a pungent and exquisite taste. It is rich with roquette, green and red apple, cress, green tea, black pepper and coriander notes.
