This is our premium extra virgin olive oil. Every year, we harvest our olives by hand at the optimal time and cold press them within a few hours at our on site, state-of-the-art mill. This helps us to guarantee that we deliver high levels of healthy antioxidants as well as intricate and delicate aromas. We are USDA certified organic and practice sustainable biodynamic agriculture.
