In 2019, we established our certified minority-owned small business. We bought a stake in a small farm-sourcing olive mill in the mountains of Sierra de Alcaraz, Spain. We use 100% local olives from small family farmers in the community, paying them a premium price for high-quality olives cultivated using sustainable farming methods and practicing biodiversity. We produce delectable extra virgin olive oil high in polyphenols and low in acidity. We use proper temperature controls in production, storage, and optimal packaging to preserve quality. Our brand is certified organic and kosher. Gold awards received by our brand from major International food trade shows and the NYIOOC World Olive Oil competition judged by world-renowned olive oil connoisseurs are an authoritative recognition of the quality and taste.
