Titone

The Titone 2021 blend consists of Cerasuola olives with a small percentage of Biancolilla. The nose is complex and herbaceous, with notes of tomato stem, green banana and avocado. A symphony of green flavors dances in your mouth—aromatic herbs, arugula and a hint of tomato leaf. The oil's pleasant bitterness is balanced by its persistent peppery finish, which will tickle and linger in your mouth and throat. Antonella Titone tended to every detail and the result is perfection.
